2RM Technology started in 2006 as a consulting company for the flavor and fragrance industry. Currently, a program Molecular Modeling Pro Flavor Plus is available to researchers and developers in the food, fragrance, and environmental arena. The company has expanded into other research areas. This website features available unpublished articles in the following scientific areas:
- Predictive modeling for the environmental, fragrance and flavor industries.
- Self-evaluate your new fragrance and flavor discovery molecules.
- Find preferred conformations using interaction of molecules with pseudo receptors.
- Mimic flavor/fragrance properties with new molecular modeling concepts of molecular acceleration and rotational/translation factors. (see Software for Prediction of Fragrance, Flavor and Odor Thresholds)
- Identify effective substitutes for flavors and fragrances.
The Flavor Ellipsoid Model is programmed as Molecular Modeling Pro Flavor Plus.
